Mine as well. As ever, they love me enough to bump me up to free Priority shipping, but not enough to send me valued member early emails
This is my current status as well.

My order arrived today having been bumped up to the free Priority shipping (I live in Illinois which bumps up against Kentucky, so not too far to travel). One of the movies I ordered was All About Eve which I thought had been changed to a different package. Unfortunately that isn't the case with what I received for it still contains the hubs in the center which means the booklet cover is a mess. Looks like I'll be e-mailing Jon Mulvaney for whatever it is they've changed to. Still, on the positive, wow, do I seriously love Greg Ruth's artwork.

That's unfortunate, headacheboy, I also waited out for this sale to get it to avoid such annoyances. Hopefully it's a one-off error, otherwise they'll be replacing a lot of packaging if this is widespread

I use the Wishlist and My Collection on their site. After my order shipped I went to the wishlist to remove the titles. Then went to My Collection to add titles. They were already added to My Collection. It’s nice to know an intern has access to My Collection

I did the same thing, but you'd think when you add them directly from the Wish List, like Amazon, they'd disappear once purchased from that space too. It's nice to be saved an extra step there, though the organization of it never actually sorts by the recently purchased tab for me so I'm always scrolling through all --- titles to remember if I added what I bought from Amazon last month

My copy of All About Eve came in the new digipak, so I assume most were sent out that way.

Same here so at least so far that’s not the outlier

My copy of Three Fantastic Journeys arrived tightly packed with two other blu-rays, resulting in the packaging basically being crushed. The outer case is beat up with the inner case having a large crease / rip in the spine.

I’ll email Jon Mulvaney but still it’s frustrating .

My Zeman package is creased down the middle of the spine as well (shipped tightly with one other blu.) Already opened it though so I guess that’s just how it is! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My Zeman package came damaged, as well. Outer sleeve's noticeably crushed along the bottom, and the pop-up for Munchausen is torn. Thankfully, my All About Eve it was shipped with is in good shape, and is the updated digipak.

They hadn’t used this BN-Style packaging previously, but luckily the digipak title I ordered arrived okay. They need to go back to small boxes though

Same damage to mine (smashed bottom front, spine rip). My other boxset got damaged as well (2 boxsets packaged in an envelope is pretty silly).

I really hope Criterion isn't going this cardboard envelope route for now on, literally the reason I order directly from them and never from B&N is because of packaging.

damaged Zalman packaging reporting in.
Really disappointed that they didn’t ship things in a box like they did before.
Emailed them and I’m assuming the ‘replacement form’ is the best route to go.

Coincidentally, a shipment from Criterion arrived at the same time as a Blu-Ray shipment from Amazon. Criterion packaged mine in a cardboard box (possibly because it was a larger order) and that was enough to protect the contents. Amazon used an all-plastic single-bubble-layer mailer, with no other protection. In other words, the same packaging it has used for my past dozen orders from them, including books, Prince's super deluxe 1999 box set, and now these Blu-Rays, and not surprisingly one case is cracked and the other's disc is rattling loose. Not everyone's package was delivered all right - as seen in this thread - but I have far more problems with Amazon's deliveries, and it's no surprise given the disparity in packaging.

The CC Shop is advertising that all in-stock discs are 30% off SRP through April 30.

Correct if I’m wrong but aren’t they always usually 30% off?

I thought it was usually 20, not 30.

Correct. The usual discount is 20%, but for the time being they're 30%. It's not much, but I assume they don't want a massive scramble of buyers if it were closer to 50%.

Apparently people are getting a $10 off coupon in their email for the 1 year anniversary for the Criterion Channel

When are these email coupons going out? I haven’t received one and I’ve been subscribed since day one.

Did you check your spam folder? That’s where I found mine, even though I’d previously added Criterion to my safe senders list for that very purpose — this one came from a different address than the others have.

I received the $10 off coupon earlier today. No mention of the Criterion Channel, just a thank you for being a store customer.
